DMCA Takedown Policy

Required Information

To ensure your request is processed quickly, your DMCA notice must include the following:

1. Signature
   A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work
   A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
3. Identification of the infringing material
   The exact URL or location of the content you believe is infringing, along with sufficient information to help us locate it.
4. Contact information
   Information that allows us to contact you, including:
   • Full name
   • Address
   • Telephone number
   • Email address
5. Good faith statement
   A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy and authority statement
   A statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Response Process

Once a complete and valid notice is received, Quackprep will investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the reported content as quickly as possible, where appropriate.
